I am originally from Rochester, NY. I earned my Bachelors of Science at SUNY Brockport College with a discipline in Health Science Education granting me my certification in Health Education k-12. I am currently working on my Master's of Science in Education with a discipline in Instructional Technology at Nazareth College in Rochester, NY.
I am very passionate about overall health and wellness. Outside of school you can find me bike riding, shopping, hiking, kayaking, traveling and spending time with my family and friends! I am a firm believer and advocate in staying fit, being active, and eating healthy.
